I am a highly experienced LEXCEL Consultant and Practice Manger with over 10 years experience.
I specialise in providing consultancy services to 1 to 10 Partner law firms in the UK and internationally and to in-house legal departments in the UK.
Recently, I have been assisting firm's with planning for the implementation of the new GDPRegulations by working with the Firm's and providing a GAP analysis from which a project plan can be developed
I continue to assist firms in obtaining their Accreditation or re-accreditation under the new LEXCEL 6.1 standard without any minor or major non-compliance's.
Other services that can be provided include general Practice Management for firms who are finding that the regulatory requirements are taking up too much of their day, when they’d rather be concentrating on their ability to carry out fee earning work.
As a Practice Manager, I have a good all round knowledge of current SRA regulations, compliance requirements, IT (advising on the procurement of new systems and day-to-day running), HR, facilities, accounts and management techniques. Advice can be provided as well as assistance in setting up systems to aid the day to day running of the practice.
As well as being a qualified LEXCEL consultant I have internal audit qualifications for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001and can assist with the establishment and implementation of these Management Systems.
